Cookie$ × Tipsy Halloween Takeover

The registration at /tipsy collects:

• First name
• Last name
• Age, as a whole number, to check the 18+ rule. A birth date is not collected.
• Email and mobile number
• City and location
• How long you have been a Cookie$ fan
• Why you should be selected as a VIP guest
• Favorite Cookie$ song
• Instagram username, only if you choose to add one

Purpose: to take a giveaway entry for 5 VIP spots at Tipsy Super Club on Friday, October 30, 2026, and to keep one fan record for that entry.

Use: the entry answers are used to administer that giveaway. They are not a ticket, a prize, or a confirmed VIP spot. Marketing email and SMS are used only when you check the separate updates box. Leaving that box unchecked still allows an entry, and it does not record marketing consent.

An age under 18 is refused. That submission is not saved in the giveaway and is not added to the marketing database.

Retention: Tipsy entries are kept for this campaign and the event follow-up. A fixed deletion date is not approved yet.

Recipients: the entry is synced to the Cookie$ GoHighLevel location so the Cookie$ team can administer the campaign. Hosting stays on our application servers. We do not sell this list, and this entry is not sent to the Escape Artists location.

Other COOKIE$ campaigns on this site collect the fields shown on their own forms. Those campaigns are separate from a Tipsy entry.
