What the form does today

The form asks for first name, last name, age, email, mobile number, city, location, favorite Cookie$ song, how long you have been a fan, and why Cookie$ should choose you as a VIP guest. Instagram is optional. The giveaway rules and the privacy notice must be accepted. Marketing updates are a separate unchecked choice and are not required to enter.

An age under 18 is refused before anything is saved. That submission is not added to the giveaway or the marketing database. A repeated submission from the same person returns the original entry and does not create a second one. The server stops new entries at Thursday, October 29, 2026, 11:59 PM, Asia/Manila.

Answering the VIP question does not reserve a guest spot. Winners are not selected on this page.
